Innovate2Succeed (I2S)

Introduction to using Business Model Canvas

This is a free full day workshop for companies to learn more about a leading edge strategy tool used by the most innovative companies throughout the world. Business Model Canvas, developed by Strategyzer, assists companies to identify new products and services and plan how they will be marketed and grown. As the Tool is so flexible, it can also be used to update and re-energise existing product and service models and make them fit for today’s competitive markets.

Participants will learn about the Tool by applying it to their own company, to assist in developing solutions to current business challenges. Delegates will take away hints, recommendations and plans to develop and grow their business.

This workshop is delivered through the Enterprise Europe Network, Innovate2Succeed strand, a fully funded programme designed to drive SMEs’ growth by enhancing their approach and management of innovation.
