RTC North has been recognised as one of an elite and small number organisations across the UK to achieve National Manufacturing Competitiveness Level (NMCL) Providers Approval for the Aerospace and Automotive Sectors.
Jim Barr, Management Consultant and Mica MacInnes, Head of Learning and Development visited London last week, where they received formal recognition of this award.
The NMCL programme measures the capability of a business to enhance its competitiveness and deliver positive customer impact and growth. The outcome of this is a tailored and fully funded support package for businesses working within the aerospace and automotive sectors.
The framework focuses on specific customer needs across four key areas: strategy, innovation, operational improvement and supply chain, with success being measured on customer results and business growth. The assessment provides a detailed roadmap that can be used to fuel business growth.
Jim Bar commented:
“For RTC North to gain approval for delivery of training, coaching and mentoring support on this prestigious programme was a very proud moment. Over the next three years, we are keen to work with both local and national companies so that they can benefit from this unique and fully funded support.
For 30 years, RTC North has delivered a mix of innovation and business growth programmes, designed to help businesses to innovate, compete, and grow.
